The new year is upon us. While doing winter cleaning, you may find unwanted, unneeded, or expired prescriptions that need to be thrown away. You can now dispose of them by taking them to ‘drug drop boxes’ located throughout Clermont County.
It is important to dispose of this medication properly so the it doesn’t get in the hands of someone who is not prescribed the medication. It may also get into our water supply if flushed in the toilet or poured down the drain. 66 drug drop boxes have been provided throughout Ohio.
